We do not repair damaged motherboards as we are a small business, and currently do not yet have the required tools to do so.
Freddie's Computer Repair and Recycling shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, loss of data, or component of your device during the repair or maintnance process. This includes power surges, Software glitches, Or any unforseen circumstances.
In case that we are not able to repair your device or the repair exceeds the value of your device, we will inform you of the situation and discuss alternative solutions.
It is the customer's responsibility to back up data, we strongly recommend creating backups of critical Photos, Documents, and other data, we cannot garantee it's safety during the repair process.
Warranty limitations:
Freddies Computer Repair and Recycling provides a limited warranty of 30 days. However, This warranty does not cover Pre-Existing issues, Future issues unrelated to the original repair or any damage caused by Accidents, or Third Party interventions. This warranty period and terms are subject to change in the future without notice.
By availing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Freddies Computer Repair and Recycling harmless.
Third party data recovery service:
In some cases, if our technicians determine that the data recovery service requires specialized expertise, we may recommend third party services, such as sending your drive to a service such as DriveSavers.
